Fake Cheese Cake

Greek yogurt1 kg

1Preheat the oven to 175°C.

2In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt , cream cheese , eggs , maple syrup , and salt .Greek yogurt: 1 kg, cream cheese: 400 g, eggs: 4, maple syrup: 4 tbsp, salt

3Mix with a hand mixer until smooth. A blender can also be used if you don't have a mixer.

4Place the maria biscuit in a zip-top bag, remove the air, and seal. Crush the bisquits into fine crumbs using a mallet or rolling pin.maria biscuit: 200 g

5Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix with the melted butter until the mixture is slightly sticky.melted butter: 57 g

6Grease a springform pan. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan and halfway up the sides, pressing firmly to set the crust.

7Pour the cheesecake batter into the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until set.

8Remove from the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool completely. Once cooled, wrap the pan and retrigerate overnight.

9Before serving, top with raspberry jam or fresh berries.
